In June 2009 Robert Black incorporated Hi-Pac Constructions Pty Ltd specifically to take advantage of the building opportunities in the Sydney Metropolitan area. Bob has been actively involved in the Sydney construction industry since 1987 and prior to that time was involved in the Newcastle construction industry.

Since its inception Hi-Pac has won numerous Master Builders awards. It has maintained its position in the construction industry and grown and now has staff resources and capabilities to construct projects up to $20 million.

We have maintained an excellent working relationship with many of our clients and sub-contractors and most are still working with us.

Through carefully managed programmes we can offer a comprehensive construction service to our clients.

We have established, documented, implemented and maintains a quality management system and strives to continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001:2000.

Hi-Pac Constructions commitment towards Occupational Health and Safety is of extreme importance with in our operations and we recognise and accept our responsibilities towards the work force and any visitors to our sites. Through our policy development, health and safety receives priority attention on a continual basis.

We consider environmental protection and maintenance to be important through our day to day activities. Waste Management procedures are a pre-requisite for all our projects.

One of the first actions that is undertaken on the project is a team risk assessment is performed on the project. This involves all staff members.

We use the latest technology systems and software to manage our projects and all staff members are trained in their usage.
