Vaucluse
Project Details
The faithful restoration and addition to an existing Federation Queen Anne property in the leafy eastern suburbs of Vaucluse has resulted in a residence which offers modern twist on a traditional design. Tasked with returning this 1909 house to its former glory, as well as constructing a 5 level addition to match style of the existing house, an enormous level of care and high-quality craftsmanship was required by the in-house management and site teams of Hi-Pac Constructions to restore and renovate this property, as well as execute the inclusion of a number of valuable vintage and historic artefacts in the build.
The end result of this Federation Queen Anne restoration and addition was remarkable. No project is ever complication-free but we are so proud of the finished product and the high level of execution required to infuse the sourced antiques into this beautiful home. Not only does it offer a nod to its cherished past, but now has its sights fixed firmly on the future.
